Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion. As all of our products are digital software issued under the GPL license, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.

Please take time and evaluate the Script using our online demo. Before purchase, make sure that your server supports the Script requirements. Refunds will not be given for reasons surrounding the user’s lack of knowledge of the Script ’s functionality, limitations, or restrictions, as we provided every opportunity to evaluate the Script prior to purchase. If you have a question, please feel free to ask our team before making your purchase. Complete source code is Delivered with the Script, therefore all sales are final.

Our Refund Policy policy is clear, 100% refund if there are any functional error and we are unable to resolve the issue within 2 working days. If you find a bug in our software, you can report it in the customer support centre and we will fix it soon. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 7 calendar days of your date of purchase. To request a refund, just contact us. You MUST provide your order number, a list of the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We do not issue refunds if:
* You just change your mind
* You choose not to use our product
* You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (Apart from anti-hacking / anti-virus solutions, we have live demos available for you before purchasing)
* You have purchased the software from us over 3 months

However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and every configuration it may encounter on other servers. Therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running on your server in the first 30 days after purchasing the software then please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work on your server.

If we fail to achieve this we will happily give you a full refund or exchange the product for a new product. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL and other server credentials in order for us to debug and install the software, if you can't give us this access then we will not be able to give you a refund.

Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they were originally purchased with.
